Individual Yoga Therapy

Individual Yoga therapy sessions are a space where all parts of you,  inner and outer, seen and unseen are welcome. Together, we’ll shape a practice that meets you exactly where you are today and supports what matters most to you.

Rooted in the Viniyoga tradition, each session is relational and personal. This approach honors the whole of who you are, your experiences, identities, and the ways you move through the world and invites them into conversation with breath, movement, and attention.

As a trauma-informed Registered yoga teacher and a Yoga Therapist, I’ll get to know you and craft a home practice that reflects your life and intentions. We may include movement, breath with sound, mantra, chanting, visualization, or rest, whatever serves your process.

Practicing this way has changed how I move through the world. I’ve seen how it can nurture connection, steadiness, and belonging  in our bodies, our relationships, and our communities.

What it Is:

Yoga therapy is for anyone who wants to be in a more caring relationship with their body, breath, mind, spirit, and daily life. It’s for those curious about what’s possible when we slow down, listen, and move with intention.

This practice welcomes the full range of human experiences, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual and offers space to explore, reconnect, and find steadiness more ease. It’s not a replacement for talk therapy, but it can move alongside it with care and respect.

You don’t need to be flexible or able to move a certain way. You don’t even need to get down on the floor. We begin wherever you are, with what’s real for you, and build a practice that fits your life and body. Chairs, props, and variations are all part of how we make sure your practice is accessible and supportive.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced for years, this work is about companionship and walking together, witnessing, and making space for what matters most to you.

In a 20-minute conversation, we’ll talk about what brings you here and what this practice might offer. You’ll have space to ask questions, share what matters to you, and get a feel for whether this approach feels like a good fit. We can also talk about where and how sessions happen.
