Yoga is relationship with breath, with body, with one another, and with life. In this space, we practice mutual care and responsibility, carrying forward the lineage of Viniyoga as a path toward dignity, equity, and shared liberation
Private Yoga Therapy
1:1 Yoga Therapy
This is one-on-one work rooted in relationship.
You bring your needs, history, and hopes; I craft a yoga practice that fits your life, not the other way around.
Ongoing support helps you stay with the practice as it changes alongside you
Group Yoga Therapy
Group Yoga Therapy classes
A group practice is shaped by the people in the room and the experiences and stories we carry. We gather around what we share, to meet what is hard and make space for what still brings ease, contentment, and connection. The practice shifts with us, teaching care, steadiness, and the possibility of freedom in shared moments.
It’s not about performance, perfection, or fixing, it’s about remembering how to breathe and belong, together.

Kesha Brennom is truly an incredible and gifted yoga teacher.
Her instructions are clear and detailed. Kesha has the range to instruct someone who has never done yoga, a seasoned yogi, or someone with physical obstacles—and that's a sign of an incredible teacher. Her teaching style is rooted in yoga for every-body.

About me
Kesha (she/her/ella) is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. She has practiced and studied yoga for more than 13 years with teachers from many traditions. She found home in Viniyoga, a living lineage rooted in the depth and care of South and Southeast Asian practices. Guided by her teachers, Kesha shares yoga as relationship with self, others, lineage, and the earth through movement, breath, presence, and care. Her spaces are shaped by a deep commitment to dignity for all people, equity, connection, and mutual accountability. Hate, bigotry, and harm are not welcome in her practice.
How we can practice liberation in a time of harm
We live in a world marked by violence, fear, and injustice, where too much harm is allowed to continue. I believe our liberation is bound together and none of us are truly free until all of us are.
Rooted in the living lineage of Viniyoga, this practice is breath-centered, adaptive, and relational. It teaches relationship with body, breath, others, and life itself. In a time of separation and control, we gather to practice care, accountability, and presence.
This work is grounded in mutual responsibility and dignity. Together, we remember our inherent wholeness and move toward collective freedom through breath and movement, through relationship, and through the ways we choose to show up for one another.

Kesha’s cues are insightful…
She considers all aspects of the pose and the breathing, while never forgetting that all students are different in their bodies and abilities even from day to day. Her style allows you to focus on yourself and apply her instruction to your needs. She has a calming voice, which helps create a wonderful yoga experience.
